How Can We Profit If The Smart Money Must Make Retail Traders Lose?

Dear Mentor,

Firstly i would like to thank for awesome articles i received from you and its great learning experience about trading. when i have started i had no idea about how to trade, but since i have read your articles i have learned a lot of things and started watching market in a different way, thanks a lot once again for all !

Now my question is if the banks and large institutions makes money if retail traders loss, then where is the chance for retail trader to earn profit from the trading, since i am reading all your articles and noticed that most of the time banks makes profit by retail traders loss,

i am in a search of right way of trading but couldn’t find out yet, i have tried supply & demand, Support and resistance, tried to use all technical analysis but still i loos money, or couldn’t make profit.

soo i would love to hear from you more on that and if you can guide me on how to trade and what are the areas where i can make profit.

Hoping for a positive reply from you

Regards,

Response:

My core trading strategy is pretty straightforward, although it does require an in-depth understanding of market mechanics, specifically the tactics of the banks.

Here’s a quick breakdown:

I watch for reversals when the market moves into daily supply and demand zones

As soon as the market enters a zone, I look for a reversal structure to form on the 1-hour chart before jumping into a trade. A reversal structure essentially involves multiple swing highs or lows clustering around a similar price point within a supply or demand zone…

Once I spot the structure, I jump in to catch the reversal…

Typically, I’ll encounter a few losses before nailing the one that turns out to be the winner. This is largely due to the ever-shifting market structure. However, I’m comfortable with this… I’ve come to understand the nature of market reversals.

Losing money here doesn’t really faze me because I know I’ll eventually catch a reversal that will go my way, recuperating any losses I may have suffered from earlier reversals.

Of course, I watch for other setups as well, but my main method lies in what I’ve described above.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Best regards,

PAN.
