What Supply & Demand Actually Means
Supply = areas where selling pressure exceeds buying → price moves down. Demand = areas where buying pressure exceeds selling → price moves up. These zones are created by imbalances in the market

When large institutions place orders, they often can’t fill everything at one price. This creates a strong move away from a level (imbalance). The origin of that move becomes your supply or demand zone
